The room we booked was good-sized with spotless bath and a glass of presecco, as for instance. The most important was the stuff - amicable and incredibly kind people.

Glad I took grand deluxe king room, it was new-fashioned and exquisite...

Magnificent and extraordinary hotel located in a great area near an old farm cast with chapel, two restaurants and vineyards as far as the eyes can see, and sightseeing and restaurants. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from a l-shaped square: )...  

The staff are good and I greatly enjoyed their attitude. The hotel rooms are splendid with a grand piano.

Hotel itself needs some updating. Not ideal for travelers with disabilities, or a lot of luggage, as there are many steps in this villa, although there is an elevator, one still needs to climb a few steps to reach it.

Very poor conditions in the rooms. Poor bedding and pillows are very hard. The windows overlook the bustling street, so it is impossible to sleep at night. In the shower is growing mold. The level of service lousy. Dinner, which we booked in the room, was inedible. Tableware does not provide. There were no napkins, salt, pepper, bread plates, glasses.Meat filed burned. Had to return all the dishes and wait for a replacement. We were particularly struck by the ratio of managers. First they tried to describe that usually all customers like that kind of food and such a service, then replaced the food and excluded the cost of the dinner from the bill. None of the leaders of the hotel did not apologize for poor service and rudeness of its staff.Manager, grinned in the face when we came to her with requests. As a result, the hotel twice withdrew money from our credit card. Duty manager promised to abolish the extra credit card transaction and return the money for one night stay at the hotel. The promise was not fulfilled.

Location, the palace is really nice, fresh nice rooms, nice views on the city and surroundings.

Corridor is noisy ( no carpets in the corridor ).Contemporary furniture in the common rooms is a bit cheap, one would expect a more opulent interior.

Staff is not as competent as expected. We asked for several recommendations and weren't directed to good places. We spent 4 nights there; on the last day I asked for a late checkout at 2 pm and was met with resistance. Meanwhile the hotel was relatively empty! For such a reputed establishment, extending the checkout shouldn't be such a big deal. Staff was rather disappointing.
